These terms govern the use of www.munulus.com (the "Site"), operated by Munulus Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Munulus"). By using the Site you accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about Munulus products and services and accepts contact, 3D printing (munuLabs) and advertising (munuAds) requests. Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not a binding offer.
3. Requests and quotes
Requests submitted through our forms are requests for a quote; they do not create an order or contract. Price, delivery time and other terms are set out in a separate quote, and a contract is formed only by written agreement of both parties. Munulus may decline any request without giving reasons.
4. Your uploads
You confirm that files and designs you upload belong to you or that you have the right to use them. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or is unlawful or harmful. Such requests will be declined. Uploaded content is used only to assess and fulfil your request.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos, 3D models, designs and other content on the Site belong to Munulus or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". Munulus takes reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Munulus is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.
7. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Munulus is not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
